One could make a case that that dude's wiggy eyes are done in After Effects or something, but I actually saw a guy who could do this once. Very weird.

The portable game player featured in that movie is the Sony DSP, which will be coming to North America in 2005. Security is really strict on the current procols, which is why they were chained to the girls exhibiting them at the show.
